At Evoke Radiance, we aim to ensure that you love your skincare products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased on clearance or as part of final sale promotions.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at refunds@evokeradiance.com to request a return.
2. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s).
• Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at refunds@evokeradiance.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return the unwanted product and place a new order for the desired item.
